Republic Bank & Trust Company or SunTrust Bank manages the SkylightPayCard programme under Visa Inc.’s prepaid card issuing licence. The card can be used everywhere MasterCard or Visa Debit Cards are accepted.


Once a SkylightPayCard has been registered online, customers may expect to wait up to 10 business days for a physical card to arrive at the address specified at registration. If you still haven’t received your card by this time, simply contact toll-free 1-866-387-7363 for assistance. Users may contact the same toll-free number if they lose their card in order to obtain assistance promptly.
